Welcome to Benitas Bakery.

By using our website and placing an online order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Online Orders

1.1 All online orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for delivery or collection for processing and fulfilment. This ensures that we can prepare your order to the highest standard. Unfortunately, any requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.

1.2 For custom cake orders, the timeframe for completion will be confirmed upon the submission of your order form and finalisation with our store.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 We offer a flat delivery fee of R150 for orders within a 15 km radius from our Kwena store.
2.2 For locations outside this radius, customers are required to collect their orders from either the Kwena or Lifestyle store, either of which can be selected when checking out.

3. Order Confirmation

3.1 Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and selected delivery or collection time.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment are required to be processed through Payfast, an online secure payment portal. This payment can be processed through our online shop which links directly to payfast.

5. Changes and Cancellations

5.1 If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time.

6. Product Availability

6.1 All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.

7. Liability

7.1 While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, we cannot be held liable for any allergies or dietary restrictions unless explicitly stated at the time of ordering.
