Return Policy

At Benitas, we strive to provide you with the highest quality food products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have established the following return policy:
1. Return Eligibility
- Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods, including all food items, cannot be returned once they have been delivered or collected.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for further assistance.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
- Non-Perishable Items: If you have purchased non-perishable items and wish to return them, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase
- To process any returns or refunds, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Process
- For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us on info@benitas.co.za with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Returns for non-perishable items must be initiated by contacting us to obtain a return authorisation.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
6. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item (if applicable), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed upon confirmation with you.
