Hi, I’m Benita Coetzee, a business owner, wife and loving mother to three boys who fill my life with excitement and sweetness!
My journey has always been driven by my love for new challenges. From my days as a competitive swimmer in school to an exciting new adventure in the culinary arts. I began my journey by enrolling at Prue Leith Culinary Institute and then went on to hone my skills at the prestigious 5-star Saxon Hotel.
Back in 2022, my passion then expanded to opening my own establishment, Benitas Bakery at Kwena Square, with the addition of a second store at Lifestyle Garden Center.
I am thankful for all the opportunities and lessons learnt over the past 19 years, which have inspired my newfound passion for organising and catering special events at my restaurant and around other locations such as churches and halls.
Benitas Bakery reflects my passion, with food expertly made and served with love, ensuring your every bite is a culinary delight! And the true icing on the cake – I love to bake!
